Policies

Appointments - We can typically accommodate single services with a one-day notice, but we recommend that you schedule multiple services at least one week in advance. Multiple services may be reserved with a credit card. Such appointments require a 48-hour notice of cancellation or a 50% charge will be held. For group bookings (4 or more guests), a seven-day cancellation policy applies. Please advise us as early as possible if you would like to make any changes to the specific services you have scheduled. We welcome your requests for a specific service provider.

At the Spa - Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled service to fill out necessary guest forms and to consult with our staff about your personal needs. If arriving late is inevitable, your service may be shortened as a courtesy to the next guest (full service cost may be charged).

Gratuities - Gratuities are solely at your discretion and may be left at the front desk upon checkout or given directly to your service provider.

Silence - Children are not allowed into the Spa area of our facility unless accompanied by an adult, and must be kept quiet while other guests are enjoying their treatments. We also ask that you silence (off or vibrate) all cell phones before entering the Spa area.

Inappropriate Behavior - We offer professional services by educated and experienced providers. We reserve the right to alter or refuse services that we feel may be inappropriate for our guests or our staff.
